These duct silencers are the ideal solution for soundproofing commercial heating and cooling systems such as HVAC or VAV units. Our duct silencers are designed to minimize sound levels for commercial and industrial buildings.
Different models and sizes are available to suit the requirements of a variety of spaces. Available in different shaped fittings depending on the duct shape of the HVAC system.
Rectangular – Square Duct Silencer
Exterior frame in galvanized steel and interior baffles in 22-gauge perforated sheet metal.
Our silencers are calibrated to offer a range of acoustic and aeraulic performance in compliance with ASTM E-477 standards.
Several silencers can be combined to form a module.
2.8 lb/square foot fiber rock acoustic media, non-flammable up to 750 degrees, water- and mold-resistant. Free of CFCs and HCFCs. They respond to acoustic performance standards and are Environmental Choice (Canada) certified. Flame and smoke spread rating: ASTM E84, NFPA standard 255, UL 723 or ULC S102
